Manufacturing and subcontract lead times:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of confirmation of our mutually agreed design.

Subcontract engraving and marking work turnaround times will be agreed at the time of order.

Shipping:

We include standard FREE UK TRACKED DELIVERY on all engraved orders purchased from our online shop. If your order is time sensitive delivery upgrade options are available at checkout. We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of our deliveries. Time sensitive orders and larger deliveries may, at our discretion, be sent by courier delivery service.
