Returns & Refunds

Please note: This returns & refund policy applies to orders within the UK. For orders outside of the UK, please get in touch first for more information.

Returns - if you change your mind and want to return your purchase (on orders over £42 GBP)

If your order value was over £42 GBP, you have simply changed your mind, and you would like to return your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. If this is the case and you would like to return a product purchased from Sheffield Engraving Ltd, please let us know within this period as we cannot accept returns after this time. Returns - if you change your mind and want to return your purchase (orders of £42 GBP or less)

If your order value was under £42 GBPyou have simply changed your mind, and you would like to return your purchase, you may cancel your order up to 7 days after your order is delivered. If this is the case and you would like to return a product purchased from Sheffield Engraving Ltd please let us know within this period as we cannot accept returns after this time. Returns - due to faulty parts 

 

If the return is due to arriving damaged or faulty parts then we will provide a full refund (including a full refund of the delivery charge) or provide a replacement, provided we are made aware of the problem within 3 working days and the faulty item has been returned to us. The original purchaser should contact as soon as they area aware of the problem and within the 3 days from delivery. Email us via sales@sheffieldengraving.com

Refunds - repaid within 24 hours  

We will endeavour pay all agreed refunds to the original purchaser within 24 hours of our confirmation email.
