Founded in 1965 the Caribbean Sports Club has been at the heart of Caribbean culture and community in Sheffield.
The sports club is based in Ecclesfield and is home to Cricket, Football, Hockey, Netball and Health & Wellbeing clubs. A friendly, sociable and inclusive sports club run for all the community, with members from every segment of society.
I know personally what a fantastic club this is, as after finishing junior football at U18's both my two lads were thrown straight into the deep end playing first for the U21's, graduating to the Men's Reserve team and then on to the Men's First team.
I am proud to say that both Cal (Mata, to his team mates) and Suggy (Suggy, to his team mates and just about everyone in the whole of Sheffield) served the club well, building and cementing life long friendships. Even now after eleven years, Suggy still plays for the Men's First team in The Windsor Food Service County Senior Football League.
Sponsoring "The Caribb" since 2024, we hope that we may be in a position to sponsor them each year going forward. This is a true community club.
